SHIPPING POLICY
Collection products
Delivery:
We process all incoming orders for our smaller Home Collection items weighing less than 70kg every morning (Monday to Friday, excluding Brazilian holidays) and are generally shipped within 48 hours.
As a rule, all orders destined for Brazil must arrive within 8-15 working days, while for EU countries the estimated delivery time is 30-60 working days, once the order leaves our facilities in Bahia.
For bulkier items (bhips, tables, cabinets and special editions), delivery times may vary depending on product dimensions and availability in our warehouse. If we have the item in stock, it will be delivered within 15 or 20 business days. If you would like to check the availability of a particular product or obtain more detailed information about deadlines, please contact our team at large@ateliercorintia.com .
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with a tracking link so you can track your delivery (depending on the carrier).
When payment is made by credit card, items may be dispatched a day later, due to standard security precautions (fraud or misuse of the card, for example) imposed by banks. If payment is not confirmed within 30 days, the order will be automatically cancelled.
Larger, custom, liner, or made-to-order products do not qualify for the delivery times stated above, however, you will be clearly informed of any shipping costs during the order completion phase of your transaction. In these cases, you will see the estimated production time displayed when you place your order, and the delivery procedure will be as follows:

At Corinthia we work with companies that guarantee the speed and safety of the product, from the factory to the end customer.
The vast majority of products are guaranteed to order, considering that they are highly personalized products and require production time.
Out-of-stock products can be questioned and manufactured to suit the customer.
Our delivery procedure is as follows:

We will send you an email confirming your order and arrange delivery with one of our various shipping partners depending on your location.

As soon as the carrier collects your order from our facilities in Bahia, we will send you a confirmation email and provide you with the carrier's contact details.

Our shipping partner will contact you to arrange the date on which your order will be delivered to the delivery address you specified at the time you placed your order.
Delivery is to street level and, unless otherwise stated, will take place Monday to Friday during normal business hours (9am to 6pm), excluding public holidays.
Assembly:
We offer a comprehensive delivery service within Brazilian territory. Does not include part assembly. If you would like a personalized quote, please contact our customer service team at geral@ateliercorintia.com .
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Procedure: Exercise of the right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must inform Coríntia – tel. +55(72)991171016 – email: geral@ateliercorintia.com) of the decision to terminate the contract (purchase) with a special written statement in the form of a letter to be sent by email. It is understood that the return of said products/orders must occur within a maximum period of 14 days from the delivery of said products/orders. CORINTIA will notify in writing, before charging the expense, any shipping costs related to the return to be paid by the customer. In the latter case, if the customer requests CORÍNTIA to collect the goods, the customer expressly authorizes CORÍNTIA or the person in charge of the customer to charge the respective transport costs for the return using the same payment method used to make the purchase. The customer must ensure that the merchandise to be returned is properly packaged in the original packaging and in a manner at least the same as that in which it was delivered. CORINTIA assumes no responsibility for goods damaged during return transport due to inadequate packaging. CORÍNTIA expressly reserves the right not to accept the return of products that have been opened and/or altered in relation to the original packaging. CORINTIA will also not accept the return of products that have been clearly personalized for the Buyer.
